WHO

Led by Jordan Mandel, GBDAX01 is a group of 19 third- and forth-year Global Business and Digital Arts students from the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus who understand that creative work is far more valuable than grades a school can give for it.

WHAT

GBDAX01 has created a vision of what we believe demonstrates potential of "The Cooper Site" in downtown Stratford to make student and community lives a better and more welcoming place to be.

"The Cooper Site" is an old industrial site located in downtown Stratford at 350 Downie Street.

Formerly a building that housed Grand Truck Railway shops, "The Cooper Site" is now a vacant, City-owned building with 4.8 acres of ground surface area in an ideal location for community use.

WHERE

The goal behind the GBDAX01 project is to repurpose the old "Cooper Site" located in downtown Stratford to become a student-driven community hub for the use of both the general public and the student population, based on the visions of our team.
